
Another example of the amazing technology we have access to these days….A hearing aid patient of mine moved to England to be closer to family but still wanted to continue his care with Joy of Hearing. Today we were able to remotely test his hearing through his hearing aids via his smart phone app. We could see & hear each other & adjust to meet his current needs.There is no substitute for face to face appointments, but in these types of situations or when someone is not well enough to attend the clinic, this is a fantastic way of making sure patients hearing aids are always up to date!
